Payments & Returns

We stand for SOLID CLOTHES.

We belive all of our products are great, but if something isn’t right, we’ll accept returns and exchanges in accordance with the following policies.

Solid Kids Co. will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.


PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, debit and credit cards and ShopPay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

For a full refund or exchange in the amount of the purchase price (shipping is excluded from refund), please contact us at hello@solidkids.co to receive a prepaid return label and return authorization code. Your item(s), after a refund authorization code has been issued, must be mailed within 30 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of the original order.

Items must be returned in original condition with all tags still attached. All items are inspected upon arrival for signs of wear, damage or use. If returned items do not meet basic restocking standards, items will be returned to customer and no refund or exchange will be completed. Approved refunds will be issued in the form of original payment within 5-7 business days from the receipt of the return. Exhanges will be processed after inspection of the returned item(s) and be mailed to you within 3-5 business days.

All sales are FINAL on gift cards, pre-orders, grab bags, sitewide sales such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and holiday themed product such as Halloween, 4th of July, etc.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We strive to send perfection but every once in a while, a defective item may slip through the cracks. We stand behind our products and are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for items that are returned back to us, unwashed and unworn or unused.

You MUST contact Solid Kids Co. within 10 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a defective item. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt. Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchasing. We do not offer exchange, refund, credit or otherwise on purchases over 30 days, or items that have been washed or worn. Returns on defective items will only be given to unwashed and unworn/unused items.
